    Alok Thapa is an accomplished media professional with over 20 years of versatile experience spanning filmmaking, journalism, radio broadcasting, freelance writing, event reporting, photography, and voiceover work. Known for his engaging storytelling and creative direction, he has contributed to high-profile projects including Ko Bancha Crorepati (Nepal’s Who Wants to Be a Millionaire), Himalaya Roadies, Singha Durbar, and documentary films for international organizations like USAID, UKAID, and The Asia Foundation. With proven expertise as a voiceover artist, scriptwriter, and director, Alok blends creativity with precision, delivering impactful media content that resonates across diverse audiences.

  • Sahil Pradhan

    Animator

    Sahil is a 2d animator with over 7 years of experience and a B.Sc in Animation from Kolkata, with skills in hand-drawn 2d techniques and motion graphics. Sahil has worked on a diverse range of projects, including advertisements, explainer videos, music videos, documentaries and short films, collaborating with notable clients like the UNDP, Asia Onlus, GIZ, and the British Council, as well as Nepali musicians such as B8, Prabesh Shrestha, and Shashwot Khadka.

  • Anil Khadka

    Chief Assistant Director

    Anil Khadka is a filmmaker based in Kathmandu, Nepal. He has been working professionally as a cinematographer and assistant direction since 2009. His first film as assistant director was “Uma” in 2011. Till now he played the role of assistant director in more than 10 movies like “White sun”,“Looking for a lady with fangs and a moustache”,“Loot 2”, “Boksi Ko Ghar” and so on. He has contributed his multifaceted talents to various projects, showing his versatility as a assistant director, cast director, cinematographer and production manager. In 2022, he directed the first ever Nepal crime series called “Crime Files” and it got lots of positive response from the audience. Currently, he is working on a film “9NABB” as a chief assistant director. Which will be release in end of 2025.

  • Tshering Rhitar Sherpa

    Chairman/Producer

    Tsering Rhitar Sherpa has been producing films since 1997. His debut film “The Spirit Doesn’t Come Anymore”, a documentary film profiling an old Tibetan shaman, earned him the Best Film Award in FILM SOUTH ASIA – festival of South Asian documentary films, and Best Indigenous Filmmaker of the Year at Parnu Anthropological Film Festival, Estonia. In 2000, he made his first feature film “Mukundo” (Mask of Desire), a co-production of Mila Productions (P) Ltd. and NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation), which was widely shown in International Film Festivals, and was Nepal’s Official Entry for Academy Awards (OSCAR) in Best Foreign Language Film Section in 2000. He produced award winning film such as “Kalo Pothi: The Black Hen” which won the Best Film at Venice International Film festival, Critics week, 2015 and “Seto Surya: White Sun” won many prestigious film award including Inter film Award at Venice Film Festival, Best Film at Singapore International Film Festival, New Voices/New Visions Grand Jury Prize at Palm Springs International Film festival. Since then Tsering Rhitar produced many high quality films that went on to win awards and shown in various international film festivals.

  • Tsering Choden

    Producer/Line Producer/Screenplay writer

    Tsering Choden is a Kathmandu-based independent filmmaker, producer and screenplay writer with over 15 years of experience.  Her break-out film was Democracy Is… in 2009 that won the inaugural worldwide Democracy Is Video Challenge from the South and Central Asian region. Over the years, Tsering Choden has worked as the chief producer in many Nepali and international films, TV serials and reality shows. She wrote the screenplay for ‘Uma’ in 2013 and was the lead writer for the second season of a 13- episode political drama series ‘Singha Durbar’ in 2015. She wrote additional dialogues for ‘Shambhala’ in 2023.
